How It Works
Over a 3-week period, participants engage in 2 1:1 one-hour coaching sessions, and 15 half hour weekday group coaching calls.
- Set specific goals
- Identify needed resources
- Identify and eliminate the normal internal and external roadblocks.
- Participate in daily accountability calls

The first week in every month – this program has helped participants write books, turn problem clients into raving fans, triple their sales results, put the foundation in place for a life time fitness program and start and finish projects that have languished for decades.
Success in reaching really strong goals is primarily tied to the reality of “your goals want something of you” therefore the programs will be focused on regularly expanding your comfort zones, saying yes to priority steps that move progress faster and no to the distractions that don’t serve you.
The coaching is delivered individually or in groups of 4 selected peers.
Steps – we start with an initial assessment session to:
- Define your Big Game and your primary concerns
- Capture a base line in your 9 environments
- Begin designing strategic habits that move your priorities forward quickly
Coaching sessions are usually scheduled in 2 regularly scheduled 30-minute calls per week.
Includes a “Just In Time” coaching call each month:
- For Big wins, Quick questions or “The Cart is in the Ditch” moments
And an end of each quarter meeting to:
- Review progress
- Claim learning’s
- Identify challenges and define what is next
